Eco-forward residence

Laverock House

William Feeney Architect · Built by Square One
The Project

An eco-friendly home built to live in nature.

Nestled into a woodland garden, Laverock House was designed with an eco-friendly approach that maximizes its natural surroundings. Built with autoclaved aerated concrete for exceptional thermal performance, the home draws natural heating and cooling from its exterior.

Carefully placed windows, multiple outdoor seating areas, and a green rooftop lounge capture the setting; a floating office and a custom primary bath with a Japanese soaking tub make it feel like a constant oasis.
