High-end condominium build-outs and unit combinations demand millimeter precision and seamless coordination within a building’s constraints. Square One delivers interiors that live far larger than their footprint.
Jewel-box precision in the city.
City condominium work is its own discipline. You build inside an occupied building, within the rules of a board and the realities of shared structure, limited access, and tight tolerances. There is no margin for rough edges — every reveal, seam, and finish is seen up close. We deliver gallery-calm interiors: custom millwork, integrated lighting and glass, sequenced veneers, and flawless finishes, coordinated so the work lands quietly and on schedule.
Whether it’s a single refined residence or two units combined into one, the goal is the same — a home that feels considered in every plane and far larger than its square footage suggests.
Logan Circle, designed by Todd Webb of Dirk Denison Architects, was a two-level condominium taken to the slab and rebuilt — new steel, a floating stair beneath a skylit core, and anigré veneer wrapping the home wall to wall. Interior Design called the finished residence “an oasis.” Our Logan Circle Penthouse brought the same precision to a top-floor residence in the city.
Condominium projects reward planning. We coordinate early with building management on access, protection, and hours; sequence trades to minimize disruption; and hold the tolerances that fine finishes require. The result is a build that respects the building and its neighbors as much as the design. When complete, Square One Care keeps the home performing for years after.
