A two-level condominium, reimagined as a jewel box.
Square One executed a complete, wall-to-wall custom build-out of this two-level Logan Circle condominium, designed by Todd Webb of Dirk Denison Architects. Every element was built bespoke — from the integrated stair-kitchen-mudroom concept to a custom-fabricated stainless steel sink.
Sequenced anigré veneer wraps the home from one side to the other, set against a clean palette of natural white and soft gray — a calm backdrop for the owner’s art collection. The finished residence was published in Interior Design Homes, which called it simply “an oasis.”
Logan Circle was a complete, two-level gut renovation: stripped to the slab and rebuilt with new steel, a floating stair, a skylit core, and wall-to-wall bespoke millwork. The gallery-calm you see in the finished home is the product of structure that was re-engineered from scratch.
