A mid-century house, renovated and expanded.
Three Notes is in the Fort Hunt neighborhood of Alexandria, Virginia. MODE4 Architecture renovated and expanded a mid-century, developer-built house on a half-acre wooded site, to 6,921 square feet. Its vertical towers draw on musical notation.
Square One Development Group was the builder.
An outstanding example of transformative residential design.
